After his studies in business (HEC), Jean-Claude Vrinat joins his father André, founder of the Taillevent restaurant (1946) in Paris.

1973

Taillevent is awarded its third star by the Michelin guide.

1987

Opening of the wine shop Les Caves Taillevent in Paris

1992

Opening of Taillevent Robuchon castle restaurant and Les Caves Taillevent in Tokyo

2001

Opening of L'Angle du Faubourg restaurant in Paris

His daughter Valérie and his most faithful collaborator, Jean-Marie Ancher create in his memory the Jean-Claude Vrinat association to promote carrers in the Hospitality sector and more specifically in the table service.
